This company is great! The owner (Alan Walker) is great! Very great rates. Rapid service. Very knowledgeable! He showed up for a problem we were having at Tiger Run and knocked it outta the park!
Temperatures were dropping as our furnace stopped working. Alan not only confirmed my diagnosis and had the parts that were faulty in stock. He even replied to my texts outside of his business hours. You dropped this sir Merci beaucoup !
I live out of my truck camper in summit county, Alan came with perfect timing and took about an hour to replace my vent fan on the roof in short notice before winter snow! A solid guy, I can’t express how easy this was for me to have my truck worked on while I was in the office. 10/10 would recommend and already letting other nomadic friends know about him!
Alan was a lifesaver!! I was unable to close the slide out on my RV. I called and spoke with Alan and eventhough we weren't able to come in, he was able to talk us through it over the phone for no charge. I appreciate his help and kindness. If we are ever in Fairplay again we will for sure use his service.
