They suck they can't even fix my boys because they're not clients like what the hell man make some money fix my dogs they don't have to be clients forever
Always a great experience
An absolute disgrace. I called a week ago to make an appointment, it was confirmed. I drive 630km in a snow storm from Dease Lake, and in the parking lot they turn me away, saying they don’t take new clients!!! Then why would you accept me over the phone. These people need to have their license pulled, what a disgrace to animal lovers.
They have been wonderful. Lost my old doggie, they were great. Been through ups and downs and they were very comforting and helpful. I'm glad they are my vet
My beloved friend Raven was apparently not worthy of having his paw prints taken. I was beyond distraught and they ‘forgot’ to ask. 19 years I held his beautiful little paws in my hand every night as we slept. This is beyond a mistake and I cannot believe the incompetence…..insensitive and unforgivable. Nothing can replace what they failed to do what is apparently common practice. I am appalled and thoroughly disgusted
