We had to put our dog down yesterday, the entire staff was so polite, compassion. Can't say about Dr Jess and her assistant. They were both very compassion, explained the process to us, showed empathy, gave us as much as we needed. Let us go out the back way instead of through the lobby. This vet is awesome and I would highly recommend Dr Jess for all of your pet needs. Thank you Jess and staff for yesterday .

Abigail, the receptionist is the kindest person! Super sweet and welcoming! She deserves a raise! The vet and vet tech were two women who were also wonderful! Trust them to take care of my cat's needs!
What a complete disgrace. I used to take my dogs to Creekside under the former owner. Prices were reasonable. Today; they literally doubled for a teeth cleaning. Mandatory blood and X-rays required? Way to treat your local customers trying to care for their animals. It’s a disgrace. Adios!
Jennifer showed so much compassion during the time when my cat, Jackson, was really ill. She was informative in personal and phone conversations to let me know what was going on and was kind about giving me guidelines and instructions. She was patient with me when I didn't understand all that she said. She is extremely knowledgeable about small animal care. She was sincerely saddened when the "time" came to let Jackson become an angel.
