I rushed my cat into the vet on saturday afternoon because he was acting strange in the litter tray. After a consultation we found out he was blocked and couldn't urinate. Dr Laura and nurse Maija were amazing. They explained everything to me and explained what treatment was needed. I felt so confident that my boy would be in good hands. They did blood testing, urine testing and emergency surgery on him, put in a urinary catheter and put him on intravenous fluids. I was disappointed with my experience at All Paws Vet. From the moment we arrived, the customer service at reception did not feel particularly welcoming or helpful. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, but we were not seen until approximately 10:40am, which was frustrating given we had booked a specific time. I have been going to all Paul's for a very very very very long time since I've been at Majors Bay Road and of course now they're on Concord Road very very very good
