Unfortunately not a good experience. Firstly during the consult, I felt very pushed by the Vet into different procedures. I had to chase up my cats vaccination certificate and got a condescending “ok ok ok” from Jess when mentioning it was a legal requirement that they send it. They also didn’t do a nail clipping I requested on my cat after concerns his nails would get stuck in the mesh claiming he was “too Spicey” yet contradicted themselves then saying he “wasnt the worst they have had” at the end of his boarding stay. Always excellent service by Dr Laura and Nurse Jess who have looked after our dogs on many occasions. Great local vet with surgery facilities out the back too. Thanks always team
I rushed my cat into the vet on saturday afternoon because he was acting strange in the litter tray. After a consultation we found out he was blocked and couldn't urinate. Dr Laura and nurse Maija were amazing. They explained everything to me and explained what treatment was needed. I felt so confident that my boy would be in good hands. They did blood testing, urine testing and emergency surgery on him, put in a urinary catheter and put him on intravenous fluids. I was disappointed with my experience at All Paws Vet. From the moment we arrived, the customer service at reception did not feel particularly welcoming or helpful. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, but we were not seen until approximately 10:40am, which was frustrating given we had booked a specific time. The clinic itself did not appear as clean as I would have expected. There was a noticeable odour that reminded me of cat urine, and there appeared to be dust in several areas of the clinic.
