Absolutely unprofessional and shameful company. I had an emergency freezer repair situation. Called early in the morning and was told they had an appointment for the same afternoon. Appointment time comes around, I call, they tell me I’m not booked in their system and hang up on me after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes. AVOID. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS.
We had an incredibly efficient delivery and installation experience from the team at Los Angeles Appliance Repair Experts! Alex, Carlos, and Luis arrived with Truck #9 and did an outstanding job. They expertly removed our old stacked washer/dryer unit and replaced it with a new one, navigating a tight staircase and narrow corners with ease. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the new unit. We couldn’t be more impressed—10 stars! Thank you so much!
