Terrible service. Can’t ever get someone on the phone.
They asked me to send my i.d several time even though I sent it every time. I sent my code and it worked one day and not the next. They keep calling me when I'm at work and never will answer when I call back. They don't have anyone up front so they have terrible communication and saying I never sent anything even sent screen shot of the conversation. They are blaming me for trying to get my stuff. Do not rent from them

Great place to rent a unit from! The lady who works in the office is very sweet and helpful! Would recommend to anyone! Very clean and love that they are fenced in and gives you more sense of security for your belongings!
