Victor saved me on a Saturday, last minute, and in a pinch, needing a hard to get part (90 inch rails) and no one else answered or had them. I explained my situation, and how I really needed them and he actually offered to even bring them over so i wouldn't have to put my little one in the car to go pick em up.
