They picked up my mower in May 2025, it's now September 2025 and alls I get is a run around when I call. "Well my computer is down I'm not sure where it's at." I WANT MY MOWER BACK. STOP WHAT'S BEING DONE AND RETURN IT!
Terrible experience with them. Mower was breaking idler arm spring. They had it 3 months, put a belt on it and a spring I ended up ordering and had in 1 week. 3 weeks later I checked on their progress (3rd month). They said it was done. Took it home and broke the spring again.
2nd time going there. Nobody working there. Needed carb for snowblower and Chains for chainsaw which both were purchased there. Buy local? Bought carb on Amazon, went to clive and bought 2 chains. Would have bought local.
