Working with Joseph Jones and Michael Reese is a complete SCAM. They will take your money, not do any work promised, and then stop responding to any communication. Do not work with these people. They are reported as fraudulent on the better business bureau.

This guy writes too many disclaimers to cover his own self and created so much extra expense on something very minor by writing in that the home had structural deterioration. Made derogatory remarks about the roof but instead of giving an opinion or factual opinion on the roof suggested a contractor take a look at the roof. The rest of the report was generic.

I scheduled a walk through inspection and I was told they were going to complete it that day. That night they promised me that they would go the next afternoon. I followed up the next day and was told that the inspection they promised me WAS NOT WORTH THEIR TIME!!! Seriously??! This really screwed things up for my scheduling and it was very rude!
