We were new customers fixing up a Polaris and looking to make this our place to go for parts and service. After ordering a small part we found out we needed to order a whole assembly so we went in add told them and it all went downhill from there. They didn’t even have the part yet but told us they had to charge a restocking fee of 15%. I purchased a 2016 Indian Chief Vintage from AJ at All Out Cycles of Chesapeake. Within four months I fried the VCM when attempting to install a trickle charging pig's tail. I took it to AJ & John in service/parts, confessed my sin when dropping it off for repairs. Two days later David, the owner, called to inquirer what happened. Stop in to look at at talked with AJ, told him we were shopping around, we left and went looking at other atvs ended up coming back and dealing with AJ and purchased a Polaris 570. Throughout the process AJ made me and my wife feel very comfortable and enjoyed the inner action. Tammy took real good care of us in finalizing the paperwork. Came back a week later and again dealt with AJ and Tammy on the purchase of a new Polaris slingshot SLR.
