Brought my Bronco in to have the Katzkin seat covers installed the day before the scheduled install. Jimmy showed me the covers to make sure they were what I ordered and checked out the seats in the Bronco to make sure everything was correct. He discovered the back of the front seats had a plastic cover so the Katzkins were made wrong. He promptly got Katzkin on the phone and had the new seat covers there the next day. Just an outstanding experience with my Katzkin leather seat covers install on my Tacoma. Jimmy did an amazing job. Friendly staff, also the women at the front desk had the most amazing blue eyes. ;)
Kim who I dealt with over the phone was very organized and had everything sorted out immediately. I came in on date and time discussed service was provided right away and in the hour kim suggested it would take. The lady at the front desk was also extremely sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, whoever installed the bed cover didn't do it correctly which is OK but I had to personally ask for a demo because I was just handed my keys and sent off.
