Great service and great job they did on our PU. Jimmy, Kim and the receptionist were very helpful.
Brought my Bronco in to have the Katzkin seat covers installed the day before the scheduled install. Jimmy showed me the covers to make sure they were what I ordered and checked out the seats in the Bronco to make sure everything was correct. He discovered the back of the front seats had a plastic cover so the Katzkins were made wrong. He promptly got Katzkin on the phone and had the new seat covers there the next day. He called me at 9:00 am that day and let me know they were there and he would have it done by 5:00 pm. He w... read more
