Upon finding All Out Carpet Care on the web I called and left a message to have someone call me back. We live on the mainland and wanted to schedule a cleaning while we were here. I received a return call within a half hour and was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. I received a confirmation email as well as a reminder of the appointment. Terry arrived early and was very professional. He went to work immediately. He was thorough and paid attention to details. We will definitely use this company again.
