I had an excellent experience with All Out Bug Exterminator, especially with Darinel Ramos. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful, professional, and showed outstanding customer service. He took the time to carefully and thoroughly explain everything about the bed bug treatment, making sure I understood the process and what to expect. I really appreciated that he explained the product being used, including that it is eco-friendly and pet-friendly, which gave me peace of mind. He also went over the next steps in detai... read more

Danny provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in inspecting and treating the areas of concern. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and offered helpful advice on preventing future pest issues. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done properly. Danny was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his custome... read more

One of the best! I have had issues with bed bugs for months. I called Luis and All Out Bed Bugs back in June and he was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley who was going to do the bedbug treatment. He was excellent and explained everything in detail. He answered any questions and concerns we had. He was personable and professional. The company is always available when you need it. Lis is attentive and follows up with clients who have had services to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend All Out Bedbug Extermination NYC. They are the best!

Second time using this company for a different unit . I exterminated my parent place 2019 and was satisfied with results so had to call them back for my own apartment. The knowledge that Dariel Ramos (Dani) had put me at ease immediately. All my questions answered with the most detailed answers. I decided to exterminate for preventative measures due to seeing one bug on my couch! The best part was the detailed report sent after so that I know exactly what occurred during treatment. I would highly recommend this company to a... read more
