I love their no BS approach. I'm not unsold on stuff I don't need, I'm not mansplained to about my vehicle. They answer questions honestly and excellent work is done time and time again. It's why I keep coming back as my vehicle ages.

I recently had my car inspected and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The inspection was thorough and clearly explained, and I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process. The mechanic took the time to walk me through the results and answered all my questions patiently, It’s great to know my car is in good shape and safe to drive, and even better knowing it was checked by someone knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Charge me for work not complete
The lady at the front desk took things way too far. She totally misinterpreted what I was saying. Thinking I was calling her dumb because I wanted to explain to the mechanic what my issue I was having. Instead she told me I have to tell her and when I said I’d rather tell to mechanic because it’s a tricky thing to explain she assumed I was calling her dumb.
