Originally experience was good. I wasn’t aware that there was an additional 4k or so the company still needed paid on. The process of getting them scheduled to do the roof replacement was a nightmare. Eventually calling the owner to get it done. They said they’d show up never did. Then me and my wife went to the hospital to have our child. The first morning of being home I wake up to banging on my roof and the company was replacing it (with no notice of them coming that day).
