I called Steve and told him our heat was not working and that we were super worried about our 14th month old sleeping on a winter night without heat. Steve refused to come fix it and said that he didn’t care we had a baby. This is someone who should not have a service business. Avoid at all costs.
I called numerous times and each time I was supposed to get phone call but never received one. I needed a quote...so I stopped calling
Very hard to communicate.
Horrible, horrible. This place is a rip off. The person on the phone who takes appointments seemed reasonably nice so we went with their service. The "manager" who showed up were rude and talks down to you. I hate letting such people into my house. Feel so helpless and ripped off no matter what they tell you you have to spend. I feel helpless on how they treated me and how much they charged me for shoddy work - had to get some one else to fix their work. There are plenty of other HVAC shops out there.
