This was a tough spring to put in a new liner because of the cold weather so Adam and his crew was did all of the perp. work and on the first warm day he came with his crew and installed the liner without a single blemish. I did not realize that the liner comes as a folded block the needs to be warm I order to get a perfect fit. My last liner put in by anther company had several wrinkles but Adam did a great job with great detailing and clean up. Just remember weather is a big factor so start early and be flexible.

I called to ask if they did service on any pools... even though he was full he asked me what my issues were, and spent a good 10 plus minutes on the phone with me giving advice and helping me. I live in Jacksonville but will be driving the extra miles to support this business. Good Customer service is hard to come by!

Please be aware of Adam Smith owner of this pool company. He put my liner in my above ground pool last year and closed my pool. Told me to call early in the year to get on list to open pool for 2019. I did as instructed plus bought all chemicals at his store next to Winn Dixie. I did not have a maintenance program therefore this year he said he would not service (opening pool) for me as his decision. He waited until the last minute to inform me of this.
