I was selling my home and needed a few things fixed and hired Shane to perform the work. He was fast, efficient and really knows what he's doing. Then, when my house went under contract, the buyer wanted a few more things done, so I hired Shane again -- he was again, so fast and efficient. Not to mention friendly and knowledgeable -- and his prices are fair and reasonable. I have put him on speed dial for whenever I need things done and I HIGHLY recommend him!
