I ordered flowers from all occasions and since they didnt have the flowers I ordered they sent different ones and never informed me of the switch. Sister sent me a picture and I was so disappointed. Called to make a complaint and owner said she would send some more when she got the flowers in. It has been a hassle dealing with this facility because there was always an excuse I y they couldn't deliver. Therefore I would NOT recommend using this flower shop. Dissatisfied Customer

I hate to do this. I have never left a negative review but it is not right to leave it unsaid. Others need to know. We had a very special family member pass away. I couldn't attend the funeral but had lots of family there, of course. I ordered the plant attached in the photo and paid extra for the premium version. There were 3 versions and we chose the most expensive. I did receive a call telling me the container could be different and I said sure, as long as it was beautiful I understood. I have always had a great experience at All Occasions!!! Beautiful store, wonderful service from a home town friend!!! Thank you Linda for always being there when I need you.
Over priced, no actual product to look at. And basket of plants was beginner at best
