I ordered a birthday gift for my mother in law with upgraded premium bouquet, Mylar balloon, and birthday card. I ordered through FTD which used this place of business. The order was not delivered Sunday as promised by FTD so I do not fault this place for that. However, FTD also guaranteed an even larger arrangement than what I previously paid for with the premium. These flowers were delivered today with No balloon and No birthday card which were paid for. Definitely not what was paid for or promised with brown on the roses ... read more
