Kathy Pedersen, and All Occasion Catering, does a stellar job. She treats each client individually and meets their needs. Let's take me for example, I am gluten free. Kathy can switch many entrees and appetizers to give me a gluten free option. I love that and I especially love her, "Scandalous Chocolate Torte"!
