I’m a bit confused by all the positive reviews. I highly recommend pricing out other shops in comparison. I chose to call them initially because of what recent reviews were saying assuming they’d be a cheaper alternative and do good work. I was quoted $1600 for a relatively common electrical issue plus $100 for diagnostics. I figured this was high so I took it to ford who was able to do the repair for just over $800. I've used them three times now, and if needed, I'll be back. Very pleased with their work, and Shawn was very accommodating. He made the experience seem effortless.
Its nice to deal with an honest business that didn't fleece me for a new transmission when I thought mine was shot. They diagnosed the issue and didn't overcharge me. Nice to know there are still some good people out there.
