Horrible experience. Waited weeks to get in, brought it in waited a week before phoning to find out what's going on, then tells me he will look at it. Waited several more days.. nothing. At that point I needed the vehicle so I went in to see them. He then tells me he looked at and it was some line that was leaking but it was at the radiator and that could lead to a bunch of problems and they didn't want to fix it. The car runs smoothly now. Office guy ( I think name Sheraz) put up with me the last 4 days as I anxiously waited for finishing. Dave Schaffel was so meticulous.
Excellent work and customer service. They managed to get my insurance to pay for almost everything.
