We had new windows installed several years ago in the summer. Once winter came we noticed very cold drafts coming in from around a couple of windows. We called Dan and were told that he needed to order a part and that they would correct the issue in the summer. Not summer what summer he meant as the issue is still there after calls every year. Really wish that people would follow through when they say they will. I had hoped they would step up, but after 4 years of not seeing anything happen, maybe they will get back with me ... read more
The only problem I have with these folks is that my cats fall in love with every one of the employees and want to go home with THEM! :) Two jobs-- two EXCELLENT outcomes!
