Awful
3 times already asked for a furnace servicing never show up. I guess they don't need business...quick to sell but aftersale service ...non existent.
Terrible place to deal with. It’s a no wonder the owners can not maintain employees.
Terrible service! I contacted them first and got no response, after which we drove to Hearst and went into the shop and were told someone would call us back. It's been months and they haven't bothered to call or reply. We went with a different company out of Kapuskasing and they were great to deal with!
