I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They came out, provided an estimate, and we accepted it, but after that, communication was extremely poor. We had to keep calling for updates. First we were told the parts were on backorder, then later we were told the parts were no longer available. We agreed to switch to different heat pump manufacturer , to keep the job moving, but after that we still never heard back. 3 times already asked for a furnace servicing never show up. I guess they don't need business...quick to sell but aftersale service ...non existent.
Terrible place to deal with. It’s a no wonder the owners can not maintain employees.
