Don’t use this company for roadside truck service. They showed up in a car without compressor or tools to change tire. They had to go get a jack which was a 1 ton jack and to take the lights loose he had a 1/2 ratchet and bar. Then he ran out of gas and asked me to send money before he got to me. I told him the only way to jack trailer he will need blocks of wood. He showed up with a chunk of concrete which I said wouldn’t work. I got into Midland/Odessa airport at around 1030pm on a Saturday night and came back to a truck that wouldn’t completely start or completely turn off. No one really around, I had no ratchet set or crescent to unhook my battery and didn’t want to risk using a booster on a truck that was sort of on and in chaos mode from what looked like maybe the anti theft system. I called around both towns to see if any of the boosting services would be able to unhook both batteries on the truck first to get it to turn off and they said no.... read more
