Great service and lots of awesome gift ideas. They are starting up a bring your own jar refill station for some shampoos etc. I bought some laundry soap which while it seemed a little more up front, it is way more concentrated than regular soap and I use way less. The bottle will last a long time. Ruth helped me out and she is lovely.

I have ordered once from this shop online and I can honestly say their customer service is impeccable. There was an unexpected delay regarding shipping and Hilary did an amazing follow-up. The lovely ladies who have been in store the few times I have visited have been so friendly and have gone above and beyond for customer service. Highly recommend and will be returning any chance I get! ( also their made-in house lip balm is luxurious!!)
