Unprofessional. She answered the phone like I was calling her personally (Hello). I had to ask was it even a salon. She sounds like she didn't even want to be bothered. I love my ppl but this is why im hesitant when doing business with them.
Absolutely amazing and great customer service! Booked an appointment for braid in dreads,(attempted to book with others but was met with intolerance and some places being down right rude…. Not Brandy’s place!!) I went with dreads that I had hand selected and “designed” myself! Brandi was super friendly and so willing to help me out!
