Brian Duff is very knowledgeable and kind. New owner Firmin seems great as well. Yes store is organized chaos but if you are looking to buy or sell or get an opinion this is the place to go. These guys are straight shooters and anyone claiming differently is simply not realistic in their assessments.
Horrible experience. The owner Brian is extremely rude, unwelcoming and prejudiced. He assumed that my father and I were from Russia. We are not, but that's beside the point. Because he assumed that, he was very arrogant and rude to my father from the very start and at the end accused him of grabbing the item my dad just paid for, while it was on his counter! Went to All Nations to pick up some auction lots. It was a pleasure chatting with Brian, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the hobby. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in stamps.
