Mrs. Jackson is a wonderful person and teacher. Very knowledgeable and also give you the experience to become a tax preparer
Paid 250 upfront for the class, she always kept putting it off talking about life problems coming up. Never received a refund
I will never go to this Tax place again. I was recommended to go here and Makiba was working with my mom and her trainee was doing my taxes I never received my forms and when called to get them to do my taxes with someone else she acted bitter and said she had a policy that I have to pay to get forms that was never provided to me in the first place I mention I never got them in the first place she still demands I pay for my own information that is required to even do my taxes and No company not even HR block charges for that... read more
Awesomeness. Makiba is the best. She answers all your questions and makes sure you understand everything. Highly recommend to take her class if you want to be a tax preparer.
Makeeba is the best in what she does..no matter what state I live in (thru the years) she has always been reliable and honest.. I trust her to always keep me and my family right and my number ONEr go to tax guru.. Periodt❤😘❤
