Responded same day to a problem with our irrigation system. Bill worked quickly to resolve the issue, but then he took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was fixing it without me having to ask. Even explained a few features to me with our system that I didn’t know about and made a few simple suggestions to prevent future issues. It’s a level of customer service that goes well above the standard and is very much appreciated .
Drainage and landscape cleanup and upgrade. Heriberto, Leonel, Jose Gelacio, and Juan Carlos adjusted on the fly to changes I wanted during install. Excellent crew! Some of the plants we got were a little on the weak side so hope they survive.
