I had a car breakdown on the freeway, and even though they were closed for the Christmas holidays, they went above and beyond to help me because I had a baby with me. They quickly arranged the tow, repaired my car promptly, and treated me with outstanding professionalism and kindness throughout the entire process. Their hospitality and care were truly exceptional. I contacted Taylor and her team about a cracked windshield and dented hatch on my Volvo. She was quick to offer a reasonable quote, answer my questions, and generally give me advice about how to resolve. She also did what she could to accommodate my request for an expedited timeline, which I sincerely appreciated. When I got the car back, it was flawless. Update - car was given back to me with a loose strut and a bunch of other loose nuts and bolts . They initially failed there inspection and was forced to wait another 2 months for my car because they failed to order all the right parts. Car makes a grinding noise during right turns and it’s making a squeaking sound. When brought up to Jesse he claimed the car was good and nothing was wrong when clearly something was wrong.
