If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted Israel to install some back splash in our kitchen after seeing an ad online. When I spoke to him on the phone and explained what I was looking for, he gave me an estimate. I asked if he needed to see he kitchen and he assured me that he did not, as quoting via the phone helps keep the cost down. On the day that he was supposed to do the work, he showed up without any of the supplies necessary and then said he thought I meant a different kind of back splash. He explained that h... read more
