I really have major concerns! My daughter had her 1st lesson scheduled for today. Five minutes before her 2:00 lesson, I get a call from a New York number, then a text message stating it is her driver and she is running 45 mins behind. I called her back and she appeared to be having some bad reception. I called the office 3 times, held and finally a recording stated they are helping other customers or the office is closed. My stepson is scheduled for a final driving lesson this morning before his road test this afternoon. The instructor calls my husband 15 minutes beforehand to inform him he's stuck at Walmart getting an oil change. He knew this last night and no one contacted my husband, and now we're scrambling on a Saturday morning. My daughter bought an online course a week ago. Been trying to call and email absolutely no response and nobody picks up the phone. Left a message, no response. We're ready to dispute the transaction. Update: So how come you guys respond to this review within 2 hours but can't pick up the phone or respond to a message that was left on your website or your instagram in the past 5-6 days?
