DO NOT use this company for your move. They majorly damaged my beloved antique desk, dented my neighbors gutter with their truck, took 8 HOURS for a move that was supposed to be 3-4hrs, and in the end forced me to pay before releasing any of my stuff. I never write bad google reviews but this company’s lack of response to their poor service has forced me to warn people. If I can help just one person with this review, I will be glad to spare them the trouble of dealing with a company that cares so little about its customers and accountability. My husband and I stood there as the movers WATCHED our piano topple over in their truck. All My Sons offered us $250 for a $4,000-$5,000 piano. To put such an incredibly low value on something such as a PIANO—regardless of the sentimental value (my grandmother bought me this piano on her deathbed, dying of lung and breast cancer) is ludicrous. As a seasoned and serial mover, I know quality, courtesy, and efficiency when I see it. All My Sons is hands down the best professional moving company I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. From start to finish the process was seamless. Steven and his crew were wonderful. I absolutely recommend AMS to any and all!

Minus 5 stars review! Use another company! Left me stranded on move day without even calling to say they would not make it. Never called the following day to reschedule - nothing. Customer service is rude and unprofessional.
