The guys were amazing making sure nothing was left behind and that everything was protected before moving anything.
Jalen and Key were great movers. They came in and got the job done in a timely manner. Very respectful gentleman. They restored hope with the company. I previously had a not so good experience but these guys showed me the good in the company again. Need to do an update on this review. I had a move on July 12,2026. It was scheduled for 1pm. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everything was a lot more than quoted. Over $1000 more. They did not move what they were suppose to move. They did not even pack everything. Things were left and never found. Then priceless belongings were broken. Save yourself the grief.
My brand new table was broken. They were an hour late and they through my belongings around and one of the workers acted as if he would rather not be here. I am literally standing in the front door of my unit and the one disgruntled workers. Was literally throwing my belongings. Granted I had not laid eyes on my unit. After discounts I paid $440 plus move-in fees. This is not customer care. This is more like your items may be dear or precious to you but I don't really give a damn. Team did a great job with our move. Carefully protected all of our furniture including a 125 gallon fish tank. Communicated throughout process, were friendly and hardworking.
