These are devious and dishonest people who give a great quote on the phone, then they veils my furniture in the truck and demanded I pay more than double. . $366 extra was added as “gas” cost, for an 8 mile drive. My quote was under 1K, they charged well over 2k. Then they tossed everything and left. They should be ashamed of themselves The individual movers ask you to rate their personal work, not the company. So it looks good at a glance. Very devious
Horrible experience with these company, up charges, the moving costed us the double of the amount discussed because we were charged fees and services that weren’t used or requested . Just a horrible experience DO NOT HIRE THESE PPL . !!!!
Moved twice with this company and loved them. When I used them for the third time I was charged double for the exact same move as a few months ago. (600 then for 1 bedroom 20 minute drive) This was an extra $600 not budgeted for. (1200 the same things from my storage unit 20 minute drive) The men moving were very slow taking their time one small piece or box at a time which felt purposeful to waste time on the clock plus several of my furniture pieces were damaged. ***The company responded to this review and gave me a number that you still cannot get ahold of anyone.**** I contacted the company to help load my pod for my move. I had told them that I had 2 large fridges that will be needing to be moved so make sure they have the correct equipment. When the movers got there I told them how they needed to get the fridges out of my house since it was a tight squeeze. They needed to take the handles off it. After being blown off by another mover (not an uncommon occurrence, unfortunately), I contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage. They got in touch with me within 2 minutes! I had a very tight window in which to schedule my move AND I needed it to happen within 3 days. They were able to reserve time for me on the day I requested, which thrilled me.
