Let me start by saying the girl I booked with was wonderful. To follow, I remember being stressed because I booked in advance at least 2 weeks if not more for this and I realized it would take 3-5 days for them to call me prior to schedule a time which I thought was odd but since we’ve lived in the south it didn’t surprise me either. Worst experience ever, this company came and pack my items which didn’t take long, since it didn’t take them long because I was well prepared they left my designation and stayed gone for hours so they could add more time. I was moving less than a mile where I stayed. When they finally showed up they wouldn’t unload my items until they were paid. Whatever you do please don’t use this company worst company ever.

Service was horrible! I have pictures of the guys moving my daughter standing outside relaxing and having a conversations with passerbyers. I have pictures of how they threw my daughter furniture in the truck. She had 1 bedroom apartment. 1 bed, 2 TV's and 2 stands, 1 small sectional, 1 end table, 1 coffee table, and may 8 or 10 boxes. They purposefully went extremely slow to raise the bill. It took from 12:45pm to almost 5pm to complete the move from apartment to storage unit! Arrived 2 hours late. I moved all my items to the living room for an easy move. The fellas got things quickly and we drove to the storage unit, while there no one’s moving . The young guy comes in the unit and says the manager will call you. On the phone with the manager, and he tells me a price of $488 for 2 hours with all kinds of add ons.
