We used All My Sons to move from a 5 bedroom house to another 5 bedroom house. The initial call and quote process was great. I was sold. And then came moving day. The movers didn't not call when they were on their way. The first thing one mover did when they got there was light up a swisher sweet and smoke that in front of our house. Wouldn’t recommend. Initially told me things that turned out to be complete fabrications. (They were insured for the actual value of damaged items, team could unmount a tv) both turned out to be untrue. When movers arrived they told me I had to help them unmount the TV. Movers then broke another TV. I had purchased the $180 protection. They offered me $320 for the tv. So basically $140 for a $500 tv only 2.5. I would never in life use this company to move again. The initial phone call was good customer service, it all went downhill from there. The service after the initial call was unprofessional and I did NOT receive all the services I signed up for, due to "miscommunication" from corporate to the movers. My items were not completely setup at my new location the way they were originally picked up. The price quoted was not the price. One of the mover slipped & broke my window (things happen but he was safe). There was no easy online process to file a claim. The movers were friendly & professionals.
Top quality moving service! Everyone was pleasant to work with and made what can be a stressful time feel effortless. Shout out to Lorenzo and his crew. You were all fantastic.
