Worst moving experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Received a call 5 minutes before their arrival time and told me they were not coming. No apology, just wanted to know when I would like to rebook. I was moving a family member to assisted living so canceling on us last minute was extremely difficult for all involved. 5 people took off work to help insure this move went smoothly. It was an absolute disaster thanks to this company.

I’m supposed to be moving today. I’ll call to get an ETA on the move and no one could find me in the system. They couldn’t find my deposit I paid. They couldn’t find my name my address. I talked to another guy who asked about an email. I never received the email. I’m asking for my money back. He saying there’s no proof I paid any money. I had a very disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company. I was promised three movers for a three-story townhouse but only two arrived. During the move, a bookshelf fell down a flight of stairs and was broken. The movers caused significant damage to the stairwell walls. This was a brand-new townhouse that had never been lived in. If you need a full pack of a nice home as we did this is not the company for you. Many of our boxes were not labeled, parts of beds, TVs etc are still missing as we spend weeks unpacking. Some furniture has been damaged. During the move the communication between National and local was horrible. At one point they said they would pack us up and move 2 trucks in a few weeks!?! We did finally resolve but the pack up took an extra day because the estimator refused to come to the house and actually see what we had. The movers and ... read more
