Avoid them like the plague! Literally the worst moving experience I have ever had. I used All My Sons to move from a large house about a year ago. The move was not straightforward — some things went to storage, some to a rental, etc. — so I thought I was being smart by scheduling two separate moves. I believe that AMS is very solid. Had a great experience with them. There were some things that were unavoidable and minor furniture damage with the move. But that's to be expected. They were excellent on communication and their pricing was very competitive. Would definitely use the them again and recommend them for anyone that needs a solid moving company. Was charged $27 for 4 pieces of tape. And $35 for shrink wrap that was never used. In the case of the tape, if you use any tape at all they charge you for 6 rolls. They did not give me the rolls of tape. Other than the completely ridiculous packaging charges, I thought the price was fine. My rate was $149/hr. Reasonable considering the headache it saved me. Had a wonderful experience! Very friendly and informative, the two guys they sent to move us were EXCELLENT! I didn't think to jot their names down, but those two went above and behind. They never lost energy despite the savannah heat and some really nasty stairs, they treated our stuff with care and even gave packing advice so next time we need to move, we can make it a little easier. 10/10!
