Unscrupulous business practices. Like others have noted, the office will try to inflate charges at delivery. I was also told several different things by multiple people at All My Sons. It is so offensive that they try to take advantage of people in this manner. The only good thing is that the actual moving staff were very professional and patient.

I have used All My Sons for three other moves. I did jot hesitate to book them for this local move. Alfred was very thorough with explaining everything when i booked online. My move required two days due to an unforeseen change in moving crew members. Bobby, at All My Sons, was quick to pivot and handle getting everything coordinated to finish the move. Had a small job for a temporary relocation. Overall the service was very good. The movers were on time and got the job done right. I docked one star because the billing process got a little tangled up, but in the end the company straightened things out for me. I will use them again if needed.

The movers at my sons have zero common curtesy, this morning they truck is parked in front of my driveway. I can’t get in and out with my trailer without driving over the grass. I asked them to move, they said they would and then didn’t. They were not loading the truck and the street was wide open for parking…. Simply did not care. My be an isolated issue, however, I would not trust these people with my house nor possessions as they have no people skills. The company replied to my post via a computer generated reply.
