I had a terrible experience with this moving company. Do not use them. They make it seem like it is a family company and personal. It is not at all every time you call you talk to someone different and everyone gives you different information when I initially called and booked my reservation. They assured me that they would be able to go in the attic and move all of our items and that it was a set cost. Overall, a very, very good experience. Peter and his crew have helped us move around for many years, including a very difficult 4th floor walk up in Queens, NY. It's rare that a move can be without stress... they absolutely made our lives easier. I trust them.
