We used them for our move from an apartment to a 3 bedroom home. Our starting quote was approx 1400.00. We had everything done for movers beds broken down, tvs unplugged washer dryer disconnected. Fridge and freezer emptied. All that had to be done was loaded and unloaded. Needless to.say they had to put pads on all the items shrink wrap them like crazy ans tape them as well. If I could give yall a 0 I would...i will be calling my sista needs all her money back if not all half of it asap...a 4 hr job took 2 days and they left with her stuff and yall think yall should still be paid is diabolical. They damn near destroyed her property and they think it's OKa. Absolutely not. I also paid for services I did not even receive.
They said they could take my stuff down and apart and put it back together, they DIDNT . They went to the marathon on paying time and left with my stuff and didn’t ask or say anything until I seen they were leaving . Then they left with my stuff and tell me they can’t do anything after 11 , and left with my stuff again . I don’t recommend using this moving company . There people are rude and unprofessional as well .
They will throw trash in your yard. And upon leaving the house they're moving, will just throw the trash right back into your yard and leave. Disgusting degenerate behavior. Makes sense they're from Lexington.
