Talked to multiple different representatives from this company confirmed with all of them a move for a specific date I took off work, and paid a deposit. Woke up on move in date and they had scheduled me randomly for a different date without a notice, or phone call, text, email. Once I became angry, they showed zero empathy for the problem they created. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was completely unexpected and I don’t want someone to go through what we did. We booked our move about 2 weeks in advance and were given a discount on our hourly charge. Two days before our move, we were asked if we could either do our move later in the day, or add a third person due to the surplus of moves during Labor Day weekend. This has been the WORST moving experience of my life and it’s all thanks to #AllMySons Moving and Storage. For starters, I scheduled this move 3 weeks in advance. The day before I was called and told that the crew would show up between 8am and 10am and that for an hour of moving it would be ~$350 bc of travel and blah blah. At like 8am I get a call from them asking for Renee and they are giving me the WRONG address. When I said neither the name or address was correct the person hangs up.
