Excellent service. The team took excellent care of all of our belongings and made moving fun the whole way through. I couldn’t recommend the service enough. Will definitely use All My Sons again.
Delayed writing this in hopes of amicable resolution. Horrible service. I would never recommend anyone use this company or their services. Unprofessional, lazy crooks with subpar standards. Did not meet expectations. Did not come prepared to pack things at home. Packed glassware in boxes. Did not bring any bubble paper, protective sleeves, styrofoam popcorn or anything besides boxes and plastic wrap. Damaged furniture, scraped new floors, and wall paint. In a pinch my sister and I were able to call and schedule same day service with All My Sons Moving. From initial call to final destination they were all great to work with and talk to. I really appreciate these guys. Brian and Coby (not sure if I spelled their names correctly) really came through for us on short notice. The guys who came out and did all the packing and moving did a great job as well. They were very efficient. The crew that was sent for my whole house move fantastic. The whole crew was friendly and very attentive to all my requests. They took great care of all of my belongings and worked very efficiently. I would want this same crew to move me again. Also, the office staff at All My Sons were great to work with. I highly recommend this company.
Our experience with All My Sons was extremely disappointing. The initial consultation was promising. A representative FaceTimed with us to assess our belongings and determine the appropriate labor, time, and truck size. We were given a packing estimate that we were repeatedly assured was an overestimate, and were told the movers would arrive between 8–9 a.m. They arrived at 9 a.m. The packing and loading process was extremely slow.
