I will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER use this company for any of my moving needs or recommend them to anyone. I scheduled for the earliest move on 07/13 but then got word that I couldn’t pick up my keys first thing that day since my apartment was doing me a favor and allowing me to move in a day earlier instead of having to put my things in storage for one day. I set up a move with all my sons and the process was great. The customer service was phenomenal and the price was really fair. Ultimately, I ended up moving everything by myself before the moving date so I didn’t need the actual move, but they were very understanding about it and immediately issued a refund. They were very easy to deal with and very understanding and upfront about everything. If I do have to move again I’ll definitely be using all my sons.
