I was very skeptical about hiring a moving company. I’ve always done this stuff myself. However, I’m an old man now, and I wasn’t confident I could do it myself anymore. Professional—job well done. Very simple move of huge, bulky item to apartment on 4th floor; However, major billing issues, so watch closely. Waiting on refund of “over charges”.
From the moment the truck pulled up to our house, the experience was truly amazing!! All 4, got out of the truck, introduced themselves, and shook our hands. That level of service feels like a lost art in this day and time. The crew was thorough and efficient. They took great care with all of our items. ***Update: Carter from All My Sons called me and was able to provide the receipt and needed refund. I appreciate the customer service and their willingness to provide the owed refund.*** We had a good experience the day of the move and all of our items arrived safe and placed in appropriate place. However, you must pay before the truck is unloaded which is understandable. They estimate how long it will take and say if it’s less, you’ll get refunded. I paid 1.5 hours more than it took for them to unload ($299 an hour rate) so... read more
