If I could give a 0 I would! This company is extremely unprofessional and gives the run around. I booked for movers today 10/21/2026. When I originally booked, I asked for the latest time and was told by LOGAN they would TRY But could not guarantee. If the crew was ready around 1pm...that is the time that they have to go with, but I would get a call 30mins before, when they were on the way. They called before they arrived…. Showed up on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
I'm not able to say much because I was not there. I'm in another state. Booked for my daughter to get some help with the appliances she couldn't do on her own. All my contact was just phone conversations. I feel you did exactly what you said you would do and helped my daughter for less than I expected to pay. So thank you.
