I would give zero stars if I could. Movers showed up late. Only one of the guys really seemed to have any sort of hustle in him. One guy puked in one of the bathrooms and overflowed the toilet onto the floor then grabbed a comforter off my bed to mop it up then left it piled up on the floor, closed the door and went and hid in the moving truck then didn’t tell anyone. The process was smooth and efficient. The two that helped with my move were easygoing and very friendly. Will definitely use them in the future
I Had 2 movers, Blake and Rodrigo, load my 2 bd house into their truck and unload it at the storage unit in 2 hours. They were punctual, polite, respectful, and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
Booked with them for a Sunday move. Happy to get my deposit and has had zero follow up. This includes a conformation of date/time, having a point person to call on the weekends, and doesn't share how to tip until the drivers are here. I was told 9am would be the start time with 4 movers, they showed up after 2:20 with a call saying on the way. Two different people wasted their days waiting, not getting a response, told they would reach out from a manager 3 different times with ZERO response or follow through. Now the movers ... read more
Booked with them for a Sunday move. Happy to get my deposit and has had zero follow up. No one is answering calls to get a resolve. Not only are they wasting my day waiting, but have to wait and setup another time. Its not like moving things do not have time sensitivity or people have to make time....ive never had a moving company or delivery of something bigger without follow up and a time window.
