They damaged my furniture
I want to start off by stating the 4 men that came out to move us were fantastic. They wrapped and moved items very well, so thank you for that. So this review is not about those 4 men. It’s about the company itself and how poorly they explain their cost scale and what we should expect as paying customers. They moved a total of 9 items (mostly heavy items) and it cost us $847 for 3 hours. I wish I would have hired local in El Paso TX. I could have paid half of this and tipped the workers very well. I had the best experience today. Dexter and Rufus....these are two of the sweetest guys. This was "one of those"moves. Getting out of a crappy relationship, starting over, but had to get my stuff out of my ex-fiance's house. They made me laugh, they kept me organized, and mostly made me feel safe. They stepped right in, and made the entire day manageable. They reminded me there are good people out there. Thank you guys! Let's break in the new grill!
Ramiro, marcos, malchai kennia were amazing job. They arrived early and we're extremely helpful and professional. They worked quickly and carefully to move some very large pieces of furniture. They were excellent and I highly recommend them.
