Finding out the hard way not to take my cherished Volvo to a franchise auto shop, I was lucky to find a gem - All Motors Volvo Repair via a Google search. Their reviews were quite impressive! Now I know why. First of all, Steve and his wife Pearl are the sweetest, kindest people! Their customer service is TOP-SHELF! The only people I will take my Volvo from now on! Steve and Pearl are great, and were very informative and engaging. Steve seemed to know the solution to my car's problem just from my description over the phone. I took the car on a 300 mile shakedown and no issues arose at all! The price quoted was also so much better than what the dealer quoted me initially. I'll be confident in my next car being a Volvo as well knowing I'll have All Motors to take it to!
What an incredible family! Steve, Pearl and their son, got me home on the Labor Day weekend this year. AC compressor on my Volvo broke and they found the parts and a way to get me home the same day. Steve is the man... Bought a car from him and Everytime I need help with something he's always willing to help. Car has been great and running beautifully. He takes great care of all his cars and he really knows what he's doing too. If you're looking for a car, you better be looking for the directions to All Motors. Update 2023: They are still very hard-working and I definitely recommend the business.
I called All Motors Volvo Repair hoping that they could fit my car in pretty last minute and they were super helpful from the jump. Steve went out of his way to help me out when I was pressed for time and was so kind an communicative throughout the entire process.
